Getting Support Within the App
If you run into a bug, have a suggestion, or just want to share feedback, you can reach our team directly from within the app.
How to send feedback or report an issue
- Open the navigation drawer menu.
- Tap Send Feedback.
- Choose the category that best describes your message:
- Bug — something isn't working as expected
- Suggestion — an idea for improving the app
- Other — anything else you'd like to share
- Enter a short Title summarizing your message (up to 120 characters).
- Add more Details in the description field — the more context you provide, the faster we can help (up to 1000 characters).
- Tap Send Feedback to submit.
You'll see a confirmation once your feedback has been sent successfully.
Tips
- Be as specific as possible when reporting a bug — include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- This is also the best place to suggest new features or improvements you'd like to see.
