Getting Support Within the App


If you run into a bug, have a suggestion, or just want to share feedback, you can reach our team directly from within the app.


How to send feedback or report an issue


  1. Open the navigation drawer menu.
  2. Tap Send Feedback.
  3. Choose the category that best describes your message:
  • Bug — something isn't working as expected
  • Suggestion — an idea for improving the app
  • Other — anything else you'd like to share
  1. Enter a short Title summarizing your message (up to 120 characters).
  2. Add more Details in the description field — the more context you provide, the faster we can help (up to 1000 characters).
  3. Tap Send Feedback to submit.


You'll see a confirmation once your feedback has been sent successfully.


Tips


  • Be as specific as possible when reporting a bug — include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • This is also the best place to suggest new features or improvements you'd like to see.
