Use blocked time to reserve periods on your calendar — like lunch breaks, maintenance, or days off — so customers can't request bookings during those windows.

How to block out time

Open the Calendar tab.
Select the day you'd like to block, then tap Add block.
Choose the date from the date strip at the top of the screen.
Set your start and end times using the time picker.
(Optional) Add a reason, such as "Lunch break," "Maintenance," or "Day off." This helps you keep track of why the time is blocked.
Choose how often this should repeat:

Does not repeat — a one-off block
Every day
Every week
Custom days — pick specific weekdays

If you selected a repeating option, set a Repeat until date to define when the series ends.
Tap Save block.

Blocked time is private to you — customers won't see the reason, they'll simply be unable to request that slot.

Editing or removing a blocked time

Tap a blocked slot on your calendar to remove it.
If it's part of a repeating series, you'll be asked to choose:
Delete current event — removes only this occurrence
Delete upcoming events — removes this and all future occurrences in the series
Delete all events — removes every occurrence in the series

Setting Your Business Opening Hours

Your opening hours determine when customers are able to request bookings with your business. Keeping these accurate ensures you only receive requests during times you're actually available.

How to update your opening hours

Open Edit Business and go to the Hours tab (or open the standalone Hours screen from your business settings).
For each day of the week, use the switch to mark it Open or Closed.
For any day marked Open, set the Opens and Closes times using the time picker. Times are set in 30-minute increments.
Once you've made your changes, tap Save Hours.

Tips

Closing a day (e.g. Sundays) removes it from your bookable schedule entirely — customers won't be able to request appointments on closed days.
Opening hours work alongside blocked time — even during open hours, any time you've blocked off will remain unavailable to customers.
Review your hours periodically, especially around holidays or seasonal changes, to avoid taking bookings you can't fulfill.

How to update your business info

Open Edit Business and go to the Info tab.
Update your Business name and Bio — your bio is a great place to tell customers what makes your business stand out.
Update your business address:

Use Search your address to find and select your address automatically, or
Manually edit Address line 1, Address line 2, City, Postcode, and Country code.

Tap Save Info to apply your changes.

How to update your contact details

From the same Edit Business screen, go to the Contact tab.
Update any of the following:

Business phone
Business email
WhatsApp number
Instagram URL
Facebook URL

Tap Save Contact to apply your changes.

Tips

Searching your address keeps your map pin accurate, which helps customers find you and improves location-based search results.
Adding social links (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) gives customers more ways to engage with your business beyond booking.
Each section (Info, Hours, Contact, Services) saves independently — you don't need to update everything at once.

Creating a Manual Appointment

Log a booking on behalf of a customer directly from your calendar — useful for walk-ins, phone bookings, or recurring arrangements.

How to create a manual appointment

Open the Calendar tab and tap New Appointment.
Search for and select the Client. If they're not in your list yet, add them first.
If the client has a vehicle on file, select it from the Vehicle picker.
Select a Service. If the service is a bundle, also choose the specific Option.
Pick the Date and Start time. The end time is calculated automatically based on the service or option's duration.
If the selected time overlaps with an existing booking or blocked time, a time conflict warning will appear. Review the conflict details, and if you still want to proceed, tick "I understand — save anyway."
(Optional) Add a Note with any extra details.
Choose how often this should repeat:

Does not repeat — a one-off appointment
Every day
Every week
Custom days — pick specific weekdays

If repeating, set a Repeat until date.
Tap Save Appointment (or Save Appointments if recurring).

Tips

Service groups let you organize your services into categories — such as "Exterior Detailing" or "Interior Cleaning" — and control which bays each group's services can be carried out in.

How to add a group

Open Edit Business and go to the Services tab (or open Services directly).
Tap Add Group.
Enter a Group name (e.g. "Exterior Detailing").
Select which bay(s) services in this group can use. A booking will use whichever selected bay is free at the time.
Tap Create Group.

How to edit a group

From the Services screen, find the group you want to update and tap Edit.
Update the Group name and/or bay selection.
Tap Save Changes.

How to delete a group

Open the group's edit screen by tapping Edit.
Tap Delete group.
Confirm the deletion.

Note: A group can't be deleted while it still has services assigned to it. Move or remove all services from the group first, then try deleting it again.

Tips

Assigning multiple bays to a group gives you more flexibility — bookings will be spread across whichever bay is available.
Group your services the way customers naturally browse your shop; this affects how services are displayed to them.

Manually add a client to your list — useful for walk-ins, phone bookings, or anyone you'd like to keep on file before their first appointment.

How to add a client

Open the Clients tab.
Tap Add client.
Enter the client's Full name (required).
(Optional) Enter their Phone number.
Tap Save client.

Once saved, you'll be taken directly to the client's profile, where you can view their details and add a vehicle.

Tips

Adding a phone number makes it easier to contact clients and speeds up booking manual appointments later.
You can add a vehicle to a client's profile after creating them — this isn't required at the time of adding the client.
