Adding a New Client
Manually add a client to your list — useful for walk-ins, phone bookings, or anyone you'd like to keep on file before their first appointment.
How to add a client
- Open the Clients tab.
- Tap Add client.
- Enter the client's Full name (required).
- (Optional) Enter their Phone number.
- Tap Save client.
Once saved, you'll be taken directly to the client's profile, where you can view their details and add a vehicle.
Tips
- Adding a phone number makes it easier to contact clients and speeds up booking manual appointments later.
- You can add a vehicle to a client's profile after creating them — this isn't required at the time of adding the client.
