Adding a New Client


Manually add a client to your list — useful for walk-ins, phone bookings, or anyone you'd like to keep on file before their first appointment.


How to add a client


  1. Open the Clients tab.
  2. Tap Add client.
  3. Enter the client's Full name (required).
  4. (Optional) Enter their Phone number.
  5. Tap Save client.


Once saved, you'll be taken directly to the client's profile, where you can view their details and add a vehicle.


Tips


  • Adding a phone number makes it easier to contact clients and speeds up booking manual appointments later.
  • You can add a vehicle to a client's profile after creating them — this isn't required at the time of adding the client.
