Blocking out time on your calendar

Mark time as unavailable so customers can't book over it.

Blocking out time keeps your calendar accurate when you're not available, without changing your regular opening hours.

Steps

  1. Open the Calendar tab.
  2. Tap +.
  3. Choose Block time.
  4. Set the Date, Starts at and Ends at time.
  5. Optionally add a Reason (for example "Lunch break", "Maintenance" or "Day off").
  6. If it repeats, set a Frequency and which Days it applies to.
  7. Tap Save block.

Blocked time is shown clearly on your calendar and won't appear as bookable on your public booking page.

When to use a time block

Use a time block for holidays, personal appointments, or anything else that takes you off the tools for a period — a single day, or just part of one.

Note: A time block isn't a booking — it has no customer attached. For a real job taken outside your booking page, add it as a manual appointment instead.
