Setting Your Business Opening Hours

Your opening hours determine when customers are able to request bookings with your business. Keeping these accurate ensures you only receive requests during times you're actually available.

How to update your opening hours

1. Open Edit Business and go to the Hours tab (or open the standalone Hours screen from your business settings).
2. For each day of the week, use the switch to mark it Open or Closed.
3. For any day marked Open, set the Opens and Closes times using the time picker. Times are set in 30-minute increments.
4. Once you've made your changes, tap Save Hours.

Tips

• Closing a day (e.g. Sundays) removes it from your bookable schedule entirely — customers won't be able to request appointments on closed days.
• Opening hours work alongside blocked time — even during open hours, any time you've blocked off will remain unavailable to customers.
• Review your hours periodically, especially around holidays or seasonal changes, to avoid taking bookings you can't fulfill.
