Creating a New Service


Services are what customers book with you — each one belongs to a group, has a price and duration, and can optionally include multiple bundled options.


How to create a service


  1. Open the Services screen and tap Add Service.
  2. Choose a service type:
  • Single Service — one price and one duration.
  • Bundle Service — multiple options, each with its own price and duration (e.g. "Small car," "Large car").
  1. Select the Group this service belongs to.


> If no groups exist yet, you'll need to create one first — see Managing Service Groups: Add, Edit, and Delete.


  1. Enter a Title and Description for the service.
  2. Enter a Price from and Duration.
  3. If you chose Bundle Service, add one or more options, each with its own name, description, price, and duration. Customers will need to select one option before booking.
  4. (Optional) Toggle:
  • Featured — shows this service at the top of your shop.
  • Mobile service — indicates you travel to the customer, who'll need to provide their address when booking.
  1. Tap Add Service.


How to edit or delete a service


  1. From the Services screen, tap the service you want to update.
  2. Make your changes and tap Save Changes, or tap Delete Service to remove it.


Tips


  • Use Bundle Service when the same service varies in price or time depending on factors like vehicle size.
  • Featuring your most popular or profitable services can help drive more bookings for them.
  • Mobile services require customers to provide an address — make sure your description sets clear expectations about travel area or fees, if any.
